The court has put down the bail plea of the key accused of the senior teacher recruitment examination paper leak case on Monday. The two of the 57 accused that were arrested by Udaipur police so far Piraram and Pukhraj VIshnoi on Monday pleaded in front of the court for their bail but it was put down by the court.

It came after Public Prosecutor Mustaqil Khan argued against their applications by saying that they should not be granted bails as it is a case of paper leak due to which feelings of thousands for students were hurt.

After listening to the points of the side the court rejected the bail plea. Notably both the accused were arrested in connection with the matter of paper leak and were booked under sections 420120 (b)419 of IPC along with sections 3,4,6, of The Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair means) Act, 1992 and section 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 of The Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair means) Act 2022.
