Unlike every year this time Udaipur’s Police Line- the Police residential area, was seen inactive on the next day of Dhulendi which used to be surrounded by cheerful atmosphere.

Similar news came from other districts of Rajasthan too; TOI has reported that Police Officers in Jaipur also did not celebrate Holi for the same reason.

In Udaipur, Police Department celebrates Holi on the next day of Dhulendi as Policemen are on duty on both the days of Holi and Dhulendi. Almost all Police officers including Circle in-charges and SHOs gather at Police line to celebrate Holi with their colleagues and family members.
