Two gangs of unauthorized Guides were caught at different places, while trying to attract tourists yesterday.

Mohammad Rafeeq, 60 and Nasir Hussain, 32 were arrested by the Surajpole police, while the Railway Police caught Abdul Hameed, Nathu Singh, and Mohammad Ashraf soon after.

We have started this campaign recently and it will be regularized in the whole state from 16^th  August under the Rajasthan Tourism Business Act, said Rajeev Dutta, DSP, Tourism Police.  We have been receiving frequent complaints regarding the unauthorized and non-licensed guides trying to misguide tourists.  Considering the complaints, we have taken this action, which will sound an alert among the fraud guides and create awareness among tourists.
