Property Dealers arrested for Rs. 8 lac fraud, tricked 12 buyers
Two property dealers were accused by a client to have taken Rs. 2 lac for allotment of Plot. The duo that was arrested by the Police yesterday is also accused of conning 11 other such clients who had each paid Rs. 57,000 in the same Plot Scheme and were not provided with the possession of the plots.

According to the police, Pushkar and Prabhu Lal who have an office at Hiran Magri, had plotted 1500 plots in an upcoming plot scheme at Vagnia, Vallabhnagar. They had sold over 250 plots in Udaipur and were asking for Rs. 15,000 in advance and Rs. 4000 as monthly installments for the possession of the plots.
Bhatnagar who had already paid Rs 2 Lac and not received possession of the plots lodged a complain against the two of them at the Hiran Magri Police Station. The duo was arrested yesterday evening and presented in the court today.
The Police also informed that, “Pushkar and Prabhu already have 6 cases of fraud registered against them in the in the records”. Meanwhile court sent them to 5 days remand.
