The representatives of Mewara Suthar Community have presented a memorandum to Inspector General of Police Udaipur regarding the death of Harish Suthar (Munna), a property dealer who died due to drowning in the Lake Badi on Monday 23 April

 

Property Dealer's death, Murder or Suicide?The representatives of Mewara Suthar Community have presented a memorandum to Inspector General of Police Udaipur regarding the death of Harish Suthar (Munna), a property dealer who died due to drowning in the Lake Badi on Monday 23 April (full news).

According to Police, the death was alleged to be a suicide but the family members of deceased have doubted it as a murder and demanded thorough investigation of the case.

For the same, many people of the community and the close relatives of Harish met T.C Damor I.G. and presented an application letter with details of the incident.

According to the letter, Harish (35), son of Mangilal was with his friend Vijay Khatri on the day of incident. Both were at Badi Lake and consuming beer in car. Vijay went to relieve himself and when he came back Harish was not in the car. Harish’s body was later found floating in lake.

The letter rejects any allegation of suicide because Harish was not in any financial debt. Moreover, he was a good swimmer so there is no possibility for him getting drowned near the shore.

“There are many points which create mystery over the death of the property dealer which should be looked into carefully and require police investigation,” says the members of Mewara Suthar community.
