A gang of 5 has been arrested by Savina police on Friday. These criminals were planning to rob a liquor shop on the highway.

As per SP Kailash Chandra Bishnoi, 6 criminals were sitting under the bridge in Sector 7 in the bushes and planning to rob a liquor shop at the highway. When the police team reached to arrest them, one of them managed to escape while 5 have been arrested.  

Police has recovered country pistols and cartridges, knife, chilli powder and baseball bat from the criminals. The criminals confessed that they were also involved in the firing incident  at Bichdi where they opened fire at the salesman.

Among the arrested are Mohsin (Kishanpole), Razzaq (Bhupalpura Math), Mohamed Shabbir (Kheradiwara), Tasavvar Makrani (Salumber) and Shoeb (Sector 12 Roshan colony). The one who escaped is Shadab who happens to be a history-sheeter listed in Savina police station.
