Unidentified miscreants broken open the SBI ATM situated near Dabok Police Station and made away with cash worth over Rs 18.5 Lakhs.

As per the Police, unidentified miscreants came in a Scorpio car last night and targeted the SBI ATM situated near Lalit Petrol pump situated opposite Dabok Police Station.

While 2 members stood outside as vigilant, 3 other members went inside the ATM room and cut open the ATM with help of a gas cutter.

The ATM robbery has been captured in the CCTV footage and Police is now investigating the matter. An FIR towards the same has already been lodged.

That the robbery took place within 100 feet of the Police station does put the Police in very bad light.
