Group of men lifting swords in broad daylight left the spectators in shock and horror at busy market of Bapu Bazar today evening. The suspects attacked a man, broke glass of a vehicle and fled away.

During the escape, one of the suspects dropped his sword near a parking area facing town hall. Police has confiscated the sword and also detained one man.

According to an eye witness, few people on motorcycles first attacked a man at Nehru Bazar and fled away. While running, a suspect was caught by Surajpol Police while other attackers managed to escape.

Police has  revealed the name of a detained suspect as Gajendra Sahu while the identification of victim who got injured in the attack is not yet known.
