A theft occurred in Goverdhan Vilas area on Sunday night. Neighbours informed the person staying in his village when they saw the locks broken.

Mayank was home quarantined in his village in Kherwara when his house at Chungi Naka in Goverdhan Vilas area got burgled. As informed by his wife Meghna, Mayank was tested corona positive and was home quarantined when he was away to Kherwara. His parents had initially tested positive after which he had himself tested. Since then he and his wife had left for their native place.

On Monday 2nd November, he got a call from the neighbours in Udaipur that they had seen the locks of his house broken. When some of the family acquaintances reached his house, they discovered that the house had been ransacked.

7 tolas of gold jewellery and 25000 rupees in cash were taken away. Police is now investigating the crime scene to get some clues about the thieves.
