Gogunda police nabbed 4 thieves who actually are members of a gang that has committed a lot of thefts in the recent past. As per reports, the gang leader has also been arrested by police.

While performing a check at various areas, the activities of these 4 men seemed doubtful which confirmed the doubts of police that they were part of a theft racket. After investigations, these 4 thieves confessed to having stolen a lot of bikes, water pumps, cables, ropes, starters and a lot of other things. Police have recovered 8 bikes and 8 submersible water pumps from these gangsters apart from some other stuff.

The modus operandi was the usual. The gang used to perform recce of the targetted areas during daytime and commit the crime at night. They have also committed thefts in Gujarat and had plans of selling all the stuff in tribal areas.
