Vadodara police yesterday nabbed a chain snatcher solving multiple chain snatching cases.

The accused, Saurabh alias Rahul Rajput, was caught after police intercepted him while he was riding a bike. The motorcycle did not have any number plate. On interrogation, he was found without registration papers. He was taken to the police station for investigation.

On questioning, he confessed to have committed multiple chain snatchings over last one month in Vadodara. He also confessed to committing multiple chain snatching incidents in Udaipur, Jaipur and Bikaner areas.

The accused has in past been arrested for chain snatching incidents in 2007,2008, 2009 and 2010,
