Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) nabbed yet another person in the fake gun license case on Wednesday. The arrested man is a well known real estate dealer from Udaipur. The accused was arrested from Mavli area of Udaipur. The accused has been identified as 39 year old Jeevan Singh.

“Singh had purchased the license with the help of Jugal and Usman. Interestingly, the fake license claims that the man is a Subedar in the Border Security Force (BSF)” said Vikas Kumar, SP – ATS.

The accused had purchased .32 bore pistol in 2016 from Usman’s shop. Singh bought the gun without license and then purchased the license from the gang at Rs 4 Lakh.

This was third such instance wherein ATS nabbed an accused where license was taken by impersonating as a BSF army official.
