This inhuman treatment of an animal by an educated man has taken animal lovers and people in general by surprise and shock as to how stone hearted must the man have been.  The incident occured a day ago in Sobhagpura, Udaipur.

As per latest information the driver of the car has been apprehended and is being questioned.  These were the vehicle details as per the VAHAN Vehicle registration authority.
