Restaurant owner today threw hot vegetable on face of a policeman who had gone there to make a ‘challan’ (penalize). The policeman suffered burns and was admitted to a private hospital.

The incident happened today at Radhe Rasoi restaurant situated opposite gate no 3 of Celebration mall.

After the incident, a team from Sukher Police station reached the spot to arrest the restaurant owner and his wife. The restaurant owner again started creating nuisance and had to be forcibly taken into the police jeep.

A large crowd gathered around the area. People took the opportunity to capture video of the incident and the same has gone viral in the city. Watch the video below:
