A woman committed suicide on Wednesday night. Reportedly, she was into a live-in relationship with one of her colleagues and this partner has been accused of abetment to suicide.

Nurse by profession, she was a divorcee and was employed with RNT Medical College. Here she became friendly with a married lab technician and they started living together in Sector 14.  Allegedly they had an argument after which she committed suicide.

As reported by the brother of the deceased on Thursday, the nurse hung herself following an argument with her partner. The brother has accused the lab technician of suicide as he used to harass her and had even threatened to kill her. Mentally depressed by these constant fights, the woman committed suicide.

Police handed over the body of the woman to the family members after post-mortem. The case is being invested from every angle.
