A woman's body was found at the railway track near Kumharon ka Bhatta. The body was spotted on Saturday night by the police. 

The woman probably jumped in front of the train that was passing by and ended her life. Her parents have accused the in-laws of harassment for dowry. She got married in 2017.

As per the complaint filed by the parents of the deceased, the in-laws were constantly harassing her for dowry. Her husband Vikram has also been made party. Vikram is a resident of Bhupalpura and the family were forcing her to get dowry. A case was registered in Mahila Thana. 

The woman left her in-laws place on Saturday evening on the pretext of shopping. She said that she would return in an hours' time. But later the family got a call from the police informing them of her death. The body of this woman was sent to the mortuary and was handed over to the parents after post-mortem on Sunday. A case of harassment for dowry has been registered against the in-laws.
