The shocking incidence of setting a 90 year old Jagudi Bai on fire in Salumber took a drastic turn when the victim was found alive in the nearby village. The incidence had occurred on Feb 15^th in Kali Pool village where neighbors were allegedly accused of setting the victim and her house on fire over a dispute.

On Monday, it came to light when the woman was found in the nearby village whose death accusation was put on neighbor Manna Meena by the victim’s son Bhaira Meena, said Heramb Joshi, Police. The police team had visited relatives of the victim for investigation upon which the woman was found residing in nearby village.

Suspecting the crime scene, few doubts triggered the police when none of the relatives came forward to help extinguish the fire on 15^th February. Also, victim’s daughter had no clue about her death which confirmed the doubts.

The main head behind the conspiracy is known to be Patwari Ramlal who is the son of Bhaira. The bones found at the crime scene were found to be of an animal’s.
