A case of kidnapping of a XII grade girl studying in a private school has been reported at Hiran Magri police station. The girl’s mother has lodged a kidnapping complaint on basis of a phone number from which she had been receiving threatening calls from past few days.

Police informed that the girl was reported to have left for her school in the morning. After the girl did not come back home from school in afternoon, her family called up school administration. School administration informed her that the girl had left school in between.

The girl’s family reached school to investigate further. The school administration informed her that the girl received a phone call post which she left school.

The girl’s mother told police that they had been receiving call from this number for past few days and the caller was threatening to kidnap the girl.
