The education department has a plan to fill nearly 100,000 job openings within the first 100 days. They have  divided the tasks into 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day targets to track progress. The plan says that all empty jobs in the Education Department should be filled in one year.  There are currently over 12,000 recruitments in progress, and the aim is to finish them in the next 90 days. This way, there will be enough teachers for different subjects in government schools.

The education department has a 30-day plan to make teacher transfers fair and clear, addressing a long-standing demand. In 60 days, they aim to launch online admissions for Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Schools and distribute laptops to bright students who passed Class 12, a pending task for three years.

The government wants to finish the pending DPC (Departmental Promotion Committee) in 100 days. This will help around 30,000 teachers get promotions, and it has been delayed for three sessions. The department plans to give free bicycles to girls at PM SHRI School in Jaipur starting on February 14, 2024. The Chief Minister will start he distribution.

"If the targets set is achieved, then definitely one lakh vacant posts in the depart- ment will reduce," said Vipin Prakash Sharma, senior vice president of Rajasthan Primary and Secondary Education Teachers' Association.
