A second grade student from Malla Talai area died during treatment on Sunday. Before her death, she accused her teacher of being the reason behind her death.

A second grade student from Malla Talai area died during treatment on Sunday. Before her death, she accused her teacher of being the reason behind her death.

The incident happened in Malla Talai area where the 8 year old student, Anjali (D/o Ratan Bheeli) was admitted to hospital after her health condition deteriorated. The girl later passed on during treatment. Before her death, the girl told her father that her school teacher had hit her. Basis this information, the girl’s father has lodged a complaint with Ambamata Police.

Ratan, a resident of Eklavya colony Malla Talai, said in his complaint that Anjali was normal when she went to her school, Jyoti Shishu Niketan School, on 26-Sept. However, her health condition continued to worsen and she was then admitted to hospital. She finally passed away on Sunday but before dying, accused her teacher of hitting her and being the cause of her death.

Police has lodged the case and initiated investigation.
