3 students of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies got placed in Phoenix Sea Services Ltd., situated at Nagpur. The students after training will be placed as Merchant Navy Officers and provided package of approx Rs. 18 Lac per annum.

Training and Placement Head Arvind Singh Pemawat said that Phoenix Sea Services is a ship management company that provide services to shipping companies and merchant navy institutes.

Campus Relationship Manager of the company Prakash Choudhary took written test, group discussion and personal interview after which he selected Arun Dhakar and Rahul Prasad from Mechanical branch and Kartikesh Vashisht from Electrical branch.
