5 Post graduate departments of College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE) have been provided accreditation by National Board of Accreditation (N.B.A.). The 5 departments include Farm Machinery & Power Engg., Cycle and Water Conservation Engg., Renewal Energy Engg., Processing & Food Engg. and Power Engg.

Post accreditation by N.B.A. the departments will be provided a privileged treatment. Projects presented by these departments will be accorded special treatment by Department of Science and Technology and AICTE and will receive speedy approval.

Further, post accreditation, post graduate students of these departments will also be supported by N.B.A in generating employment opportunities.

MPUAT is now trying for getting the other departments also accredited by N.B.A.
