UCMAS, a Malaysian Abacus Based Mental Arithmetic skills development institute organized a one-day state level Abacus competition in Jaipur. Granth Kothari (7) from Udaipur grabbed the second position at the state level.

1500 students from all over the state appeared in the annual competition organized by UCMAS.

According to UCMAS, the concept of Abacus Mental Arithmetic helps children in enhancing their concentration, visualization and listening. Children participating in this competition have to prove their intellectual speed and accuracy in calculating the given question in the minimum time.

Granth, son of Gaurav Kothari was honored with a certificate and trophy for standing 2^nd in the competition.
