Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT) organized its 8th Convocation Ceremony on 22nd December in which Governor of the state Kalyan Singh gave away the medals to the degree holders.

In the convocation ceremony, for the year December 2012 till November 2014, 1176 graduation students, 318 post graduation students and 69 doctorate students were provided degrees. Besides, 50 students received gold medals and 4 students were conferred with the ‘Jain Irrigation Medal.’

In this auspicious occasion, Prof B.R Chhipa, Vice Chancellor of Rajasthan Agriculture University (Bikaner), Prof I.V Trivedi, Vice Chancellor of MLSU and Prof B.L Chowdhary, President of Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer were present. Along with them, citizens, officers, university’s directors and administrators, media personnel, guests and students of MPUAT graced the occasion.
