The admission process for One and Half Year Post Diploma in Polymer Science and Rubber Technology has begun in Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic College, Udaipur.

This unique course, available only at Udaipur, is supported by Rubber and Tyre Industries, esp. IRI, Rajasthan Chapter, HASETRI, J. K. Tyre & Industries Ltd.

The Course aims to provide skilled & competent personnel for more than sixty thousand vacancies in Automobile & Tyre Industries.

The course is approved by AICTE and the examination authority is Board of Technical Education, Govt. of Rajasthan.

The eligibility for admission is that the student must possess either three year Engineering Diploma in any discipline by any Board/ recognized university or Four year B.E./ B. Tech in any discipline by any recognized university.

The other special feature of the course is that it makes students eligible to appear in DIRI/PGDRI exam conducted by Rubber Technology Centre, at IIT Kharagpur.
