Agriculture officials from Odisha state took part in the training program organized at Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology.

20 officials took part in the program which was based on Clean and Tidy Agricultural Activities for Best Production. The camp was organized by Agriculture and Fertilizer Directorate, Odisha.

The need and requirement of clean agricultural activities increased in the recent Globalization, Liberalization and Open Economy situation in the world. It is necessary to adopt new, improved and clean agricultural movement to decrease environment pollution, growing temperature etc.

 Training coordinator Dr P.P Jani has informed that participants were taken on the tour of Krishi Vigyan Kednra and other centers too during the five days camp.

During the camp, prof. P.L Maliwal, Prof.S.R Malu, Prof. R.A Kaushik and Prof. S.C Chagani were keynote speakers.
