The second and concluding day of the All India CA Conference was held today at ICAI Bhawan.  The main topic of discussion in the remaining technical session was to sort out the problems faced by tax-payers due to complex clauses.

The officials from Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur and Coimbatore shed light on the topic.  In the first Morning session, Atul Bheda solved the queries and myths of Tax payers and covered the concept in detail.

Sanjay Agrawal led the second session where he talked about Hindu United Family’s Service Tax laws and clauses.

The third session, which was led by G. Ramaswami was focused on the service tax applicable on multi-storey buildings and he also led an open-question round.

Nitin Vyas spoke on how one can be cautious while filling a DD and Documents and also explained the different statements of Courts and Service Tax officers.

In total, there were 8 technical sessions in the conference which were led in these two days by the officials who came from different corners of the country.

The participating audience got a deep clue of what is new and what is important through the experienced speakers of the events.

Gaurav Vyas, President, ICAI Udaipur presented a chores of the two day conference and Deepak Aera, Secretary did the thanksgiving.

Officials also highlighted the role of Hindustan Zinc in the successful completion of the event.
