AMCAT exam – An opportunity for MLSU students
With the intention of improving job opportunities for their students, the College of Science is going to conduct the AMCAT exam from September 10 to September 15, 2012.
With the intention of improving job opportunities for their students, the College of Science is going to conduct the AMCAT exam from September 10 to September 15, 2012.
This exam will be conducted by Mohan Lal Sukhadia University in joint collaboration with Aspiring Minds, one of the biggest placement agencies in India. This exam will be conducted free of cost for the next three years.
The Dean of College of Science and Chairperson of the placement cell, Professor Maheep Bhatnagar said, “This exam is going to be beneficial in the evaluation of the student’s overall development, and will provide equitable job opportunities. Students must register for the exam and take benefit from it”.
On the basis of score of this exam, students can get interview offers from some well known companies such as Genpact, Ericsson, HCL, SBI Life, Tata Motors, Microsoft Research, etc.
According to the program coordinator Professor Kanika Sharma, this test is going to be conducted in four phases in Science College and Vigyan Bhawan at 9AM, 12AM, 2PM and 4PM in which around 1500 students from all colleges under MLSU are expected to participate.
