The edit window is available on the official CAT website, iimcat.ac.in, from September 27 to September 30, 2024.

Only candidates who have paid the registration fee and submitted the form before the deadline are eligible to edit their details. According to the official website, "The edit window for updating the photograph, signature, and city preferences will be available from September 27 (10.00 am) to September 30 (5.00 pm), 2024."

To make these changes, candidates must log in to their dashboard using their credentials. Only the sections for photographs, signatures, and city preferences will be open for modification. It is important to upload the required documents in the correct format.

The CAT 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on November 24, 2024, in various cities across India. Candidates are reminded to use an active email address and phone number throughout the admission process, as all communication will be sent to the registered contact details.

CAT is a key entrance exam for admission to postgraduate and doctoral programs in business management at the IIMs and other top institutions across India. Last year, 3.28 lakh candidates registered for CAT, with 2.88 lakh appearing for the exam. There was also a significant increase in registrations for various MBA entrance exams in 2023 compared to 2022.
