Aishwarya Institute of Management and Information Technology inaugurated today the two day national workshop on “Success Mantras for BIZ IT’. The workshop started at 9 am in the Aishwarya College campus.

Chief Guest of the occasion, Satyendra Mahajan, President, Wolkem India Ltd. and Guest of honor, Dr. R. P. Singh inaugurated the workshop by lighting up the lamp, along with Dr. Seema Singh, Chairperson and Managing Director, Aishwarya College.

“Life is like a school, in every stage of life we have to appear for exams, just like our school days and have to qualify for the upcoming challenges”, said Satyendra Mahajan. He also guided students to focus on the 9 Cs of leadership, which are Curiosity, Creativity, Conviction, Communication skills, Commonsense etc. to be successful in life.

Dr. R. P. Singh addressed the students to focus on the quality of skills in order to be successful in life.

“Learning is the best process to prove ourselves as a successful person in life in various difficulties that come in the way”, said Prof. Karunesh Saxena, keynote speaker.

Keynote speaker of the day was Prof. Karunesh Saxena. More than 200 participants from all over the India have come to attend the workshop.

Technical Session

In the first session of the Workshop, Prof. Saxena provided Mantras of Emotional Intelligence and Self Appraisal to the participants for becoming a successful manager, not only in the industry but also in their life.

In the second session, Dr. R. P. Singh delivered guiding principles of Emerging Competency imperatives for young Managers in the 21^st Century. He said, “Not only the educational qualification is necessary to become successful but also general awareness and experience makes a successful manager”.

In the third session, Dr. Natyesh Bhatt from Nirma University, Ahmadabad addressed participants of Information Technology through various resources used by industry now a days for IT Infrastructure Management.
