The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the CA Final November 2024 exams due to the Diwali festival on November 1, 2024. Group 1 exams will now begin on November 3, while Group 2 exams will start on November 9, 2024.

Changed Dates

According to the official announcement, the rescheduling is to accommodate the Diwali celebrations across India. The revised exam dates for Group 1 are November 3, 5, and 7, and for Group 2, the exams will be held on November 9, 11, and 13. Initially, the exams were scheduled to run from November 1 to 11.

ICAI clarified that there will be no changes in the schedule for the Post Qualification Course(s) exams, including the International Taxation-Assessment Test (INTT-AT) and Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination, which will proceed as planned in November 2024.

Recently, ICAI also reopened the application window for two additional days, allowing candidates to submit their applications with a late fee of Rs 600 on September 11 and 12, 2024.
