CA Inter Group II Paper 5 Exam on Jan 31
ICAI reschedules postponed Auditing and Ethics exam 2026 to January 31; check exam timing, Admit Card details and official update
Jan 21, 2026 - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced that the postponed CA Intermediate Group II Paper 5 - Auditing and Ethics - examination 2026 will now be conducted on January 31, 2026 (Saturday).
Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be held on January 19, but it was deferred because of administrative reasons.
The exam will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the same exam centre which has been allotted to the candidates. The Admit Card will remain the same.
Candidates appearing for the exam have been advised to prepare according to the revised schedule. They can check and download the updated schedule from the ICAI’s official website.
