The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has released the admit cards for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now download their admit cards from the official website at iimcat.ac.in. CAT is a national-level exam for admission to postgraduate and doctorate-level business courses at Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other participating institutions.

The results of CAT 2024 will be declared in the second week of January 2025.

How to Download the Admit Card

To download the admit card, candidates need to visit the official website and enter their application number and date of birth.

Exam Date and Duration

CAT 2024 is scheduled to take place on November 24, 2024. The exam will be conducted for 120 minutes. Candidates will have 40 minutes to attempt each section, and they will not be allowed to switch between sections during the exam.

Exam Sections

• Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC)
• Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)
• Quantitative Ability (QA/Quants)

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for CAT 2024, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (or an equivalent CGPA). For candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories, the minimum requirement is 45%.
