The duration of the exams will be 90 minutes.
Students will be given MCQ-OMR sheets for exams.
CBSE Board exams for classes 10th and 12th will be held in mid November. The CBSE officials have ruled out the possibilities of online exams as of now. The dates for the exams are to be announced by mid October.
CBSE had earlier said that the board exams will be conducted as Term-1 and Term-2 and the final score of the students will be calculated on the basis of their performances in both terms. Term-1 will be objective type of exam whereas Term-2 will be subjective and will also have practicals.
The 2nd Term exams will not have anything from the 1st Term syllabus. Each term to have a unique syllabus, as per the new exam scheme for both 10th and 12th. The Term-1 exam will be of 1and a half hour. The 2nd term will be conducted in March-April 2022 which will be of 2 hours.
CBSE also said that there will be no window for correction in the uploaded data this year and therefore uploading of correct data is the school’s responsibility.
