CBSE Class 10 Result 2026 Declared; Check Details Here

April 15, 2026 - The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 10 Board exam result for Session 1 today, April 15. students can check their results on cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in using their roll number and date of birth. Candidates can also check through the official SMS service. To receive your scores directly on your mobile device, type cbse10 followed by your Roll Number, School Number and Centre Number, and send the message to 7738299899. 

The results are also be available on CBSE's academic repository Parinam Manjusha which is integrated with DigiLocker. Marksheets can additionally be obtained through the UMANG app.

The overall pass percentage for the 2026 Board exam stands at 93.70%, going up slightly from last year’s 93.66%. As per the official data, girls have outperformed boys once again with a pass percentage of 94.99%, while boys have recorded a pass percentage of 92.6%. CBSE does not release Class 10 toppers list to avoid undue academic pressure and unhealthy competition. But, merit certificates will be issued to the top 0.1% scorers in each subject. This can be made available from DigiLocker after the second Board exams.

The exams were conducted between February 17 and March 11. A total of 25 lakh students appeared for the exam across the country and at CBSE-affiliated schools in other countries.

Here is how students can check and download their marksheet:

• Visit the official CBSE results website results.cbse.nic.in.
• Click on "Secondary School Examination (Class X) 2026" under the "2026 Results" section.
• Fill in the details of Roll Number, School Number, Admit Card ID, Date of Birth, and other information as needed.
• Click on "Submit".
• Your Class 10 marksheet will be displayed on the screen.
• Download and save it for future reference.

Step 1: Login to Digilocker.gov.in or Digilocker App using mobile number or Aadhaar >> Step 2: Go to "Issued Documents" section >> Step 3: Select Central Board of Secondary Education >> Step 4: Click on "CLass 10 Marksheet 2026 >> Step 5: Enter details such as Roll Number and Year of Passing.
The marksheet will automatically be rendered in your account, for downloading. 

Now with the results of Session 1 out, students can decide whether they wish to sit for the second Board exam. Change of subject will not be allowed for the second exam.
