CBSE Class 10 Result 2026 declared; Ajmer region records 94.2% pass rate; DPS Udaipur’s Chaitanya Gavali and Tanvi Jain excel in the exams; check full toppers list
Udaipur, April 16, 2026 - The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) result for its first Board exam of Class 10 for the current academic session was declared on Wednesday (April 15). This year, the overall result of the Ajmer region was 94.2%, which is a significant achievement despite the changed pattern in the exam.
There are a total of 63 CBSE affiliated-schools in Udaipur district, with around 7,000 students appearing for the examination. The exams were conducted at 23 centres across different schools in the city. And the results show that a large number of students performed excellently in most schools in this academic session.
Additionally, the overall pass percentage globally for the 2026 CBSE Board exam has gone up marginally from last year - at 93.70% versus 93.66%.
Chaitanya Gavali of DPS Udaipur has topped the district with 99.20%.
