Udaipur, February 7, 2025 - The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will conduct strict monitoring at sensitive and highly sensitive examination centres during the Class 10 and 12 board exams. Daily video surveillance and CCTV cameras will be used, and the opening of question paper envelopes will be videographed. Board Secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma said that invigilators will be appointed based on the number of students at each exam centre to ensure smooth conduct of exams.

Meetings for Exam Preparations 

RBSE Administrator and Ajmer Divisional Commissioner Mahesh Chandra Sharma held meetings with district education officials regarding board exam preparations. The exams will begin on March 6, with 1,998,509 students appearing across Rajasthan.  

Security and Confidentiality of Question Papers

Sharma stated that once question papers reach district headquarters, the District Examination Operations Committee will be responsible for their confidentiality and security until the exams conclude. A central control room will be operational 24/7 from March 1 to April 5 to monitor the process.  

Facilities and Transport Arrangements

Adequate arrangements for clean drinking water, lighting, and facilities for differently-abled students will be ensured at exam centres. Question papers will be stored in education department cabinets at police stations. Identified vehicles will be used for transporting papers with strict security arrangements.
