Udaipur, October 19, 2024 - The registration deadline for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT-2025) has been extended to October 22. Earlier, the registration period was from July 15 to October 15.

The exam, for admission to 25 National Law Universities (NLUs) in the country, is to be held on December 1, 2024. This year 25 NLUs are participating in CLAT, with NLU Prayagraj being the newly-added institution.

Candidates sitting for CLAT will be eligible for admission to the five-year law courses (BA LLB, BBA LLB, BSc LLB) and the postgraduate LLM program for the academic session 2025-26 in all NLUs.

This is the second time the NLU Consortium has scheduled the exams for December, which is six months before the start of the academic session.
