Dr Arvinder Singh, CMD and CEO of Arth Diagnostics and Raahat Hospital introduced his tool of Seven Effective Thinking Patterns (SETP), whilst conducting an induction session for Faculty at St. Mary ‘s Senior Secondary School, Titardi.  Therein he demonstrated how SETP can improve decision-making, problem solving and creative abilities.

During the session, Dr Arvinder emphasised the need of intelligence enhancement and genius creativity techniques.  The point he emphasised was that regrettably we see intelligence and creativity as a God gift, however actually these are skills that can be inculcated in people through proper training.  With the help of international publications and patented process for effectiveness of Seven Effective Thinking Patterns, he successfully demonstrated that this program can catapult even an average mind to the level of genius.

As a part of the session structures of decision-making and various components of generating, evaluating and implementing ideas were taught.  Dr. Singh brainstormed on “How to Develop Professional Teaching Skills”.  All the faculty members enthusiastically participated and were able to generate multiple ideas for improving their skills. The session was presented in a comprehensive manner and was well appreciated.

Earlier, Dr. Arvinder was given a warm welcome by the Principal and all Staff members of the school.  Sister Yuvette, Principal, along with Dr. Arvinder ignited the lamp and delivered the welcome speech.  Dr. Khurshid Ahmad, Dr. Sujan Singh and Meenakshi Kumawat were present at the session.
