CTAE’s Technology Entrepreneurs selected for Indian Science Congress

A group of 5 Technology Entrepreneurs from College of Technology and Engineering’s Entrepreneur Development Center have been selected to exhibit their inventions in the prestigious Indian Science Congress.

 

A group of 5 Technology Entrepreneurs from College of Technology and Engineering’s Entrepreneur Development Center have been selected to exhibit their inventions in the prestigious Indian Science Congress.

These technology entrepreneurs will present their inventions at an exhibition at the Indian Science Congress starting from 3rd to 7th February at University of Jammu, Jammu.

Professor S.M Mathur, coordinator of the Entrepreneur Development Center CTAE informed that Bal Krishan Lohar from Udaipur will present his Oil Extruding Machine, Rajkumar Suthar and his partner Arpit will showcase a technique to stop traffic jam, Tribhuvan Singh Raman will present an innovative Cannula in medical field and Rajendra Kumar will present a different type of cultivator in agriculture field.

Dr. Mathur said that it is a matter of pride that among the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh etc, Rajasthan is the only state from which 5 entrepreneurs have been selected. He said that, around 3000 scientists are expected to take part in the program.

While expressing his view on the new technological inventions by the students of CTAE, Dr. B.P Nandwana, dean of CTAE said, “I am very much optimistic regarding these inventions and also hope to get it developed commercially.”

He also said that technology entrepreneurs who have developed any innovative ideas and want to commercialize it, can reach CTAE’s department of Technology Entrepreneur center for assistance.
