IndiaCan, a joint venture between Educomp and Pearson has launched two new under-graduate courses GCAM, Corporate Accounting and Financial Management & GITIM(IT Infrastructure Management) across IndiaCan centres in Rajasthan, including the one at Udaipur, located at New Bhupalpura, Main Road.

GCAM (Corporate Accounting and Financial Management) & GITIM (IT Infrastructure Management) courses introduced by IndiaCan are UGC and AICTE certified. After completion of the 3 year program, the students will get dual qualification – Certificate from IndiaCan (of GCAM/GITIM) and a Degree from a UGC and AICTE recognized university. The third year of this course is supposed to include industry internship for the students along with stipend and work experience.

The eligibility criteria for both the course are that the student must have cleared class 12^th from any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The courses are available in IndiaCan centers across India.

Sharad Talwar, CEO, IndiaCan said, “The launch of these two courses is a unique initiative in the area of vocational education & skill development in India. It will offer a window to address both academics & industry training at the same time.”

IndiaCan educates a large number of youth to find them a suitable skill specific job in the industry. It currently has a pan-India presence in over 200 Retail Centers and over 150 Technical Colleges.
