Exam attempting guidelines for Term-1 CBSE 10th and 12th Board have been issued. The Term-1 board exams are to begin in November, the date sheet for which is likely to be released in the coming days.

Schools have been asked to submit a list of candidates appearing for the board exams 2022. The CBSE Controller said that the students can count on the announcement of dates and pointers in this week.

The exams will be based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) pattern. The Optical Mark Recognition sheet (OMR) will have a blank area for the students in case they wish to alter their response to any question. If there are 4 options to a particular question, there will be an additional blank space, too. If a candidate feels that he or she has marked the wrong answer, they have a chance to correct it and can enter the answer number in the blank space.

Though the board exams have been divided into 2 terms, the final score will be calculated on the idea of efficiency in each term. The 1st term exam will be of 90 min (1 ½ hr), the 2nd term will be of 120 minutes (2 hrs).
