Fortune 500 companies like Accenture and Cognizant and India’s top IT companies like TCS, Hexaware, Wipro, Amdocs,Persistent and electronics design firms like eInfochips have all selected students of Techno NJR 2014 batch students. 

Principal Dr. Pankaj Porwal who is a graduate of IIT, Mumbai and doctorate from Cornell university explained the efforts made by college in training these students to be ready to face challenges in interviews and further professional career.

Training of students at Techno NJR start at first year where they are trained on soft skills. Next 2 years are spent on technology training which includes international certifications like SAP, Oracle OCJP and OCA, IEEE CSDA and others. Last year is generally spent on interaction of students with senior HR personnel of leading companies like TCS, Accenture, Hughes, Airtel, Zensar and iGate. And the end result of this process is a highly knowledgeable and confident Technoite who can face any professional challenge. Best example of this is student Rindu John who has been selected by TCS, Cognizant and  eInfochips.

Only yesterday, 8 students of Techno NJR have been selected by TCS – Rindu John, Rishi Raj Arora, Shreya Parikh, Charu Jain, Pooja Bhatnagar, Shaliendra Paliwal, Surbhi Tiwari and Mitesh Somani.

Last week another 12 students were selected by Cognizant Technology Solutions –Nishma Gorwara, Rindu John, Surleen Chabbra, Swati Tiwari, Palak Gupta, Avni Gupta, Charu Jain, Kailash Mali, Jivesh Shah, Garima Trivedi, Meghna Singh and Nayan Jain. College is expecting more recruitment by Hexaware, Amdocs, Sears and Syntel in the month of April.
