RBSE Board Exams: Extra Time for Students with Disability
RBSE to provide extra time and scribe facility to students with disability appearing in Class 5 and 8 Board exams starting February 19 and 20
Udaipur, Dec 24, 2025 - Students with disabilities appearing in the Class 5 and Class 8 Board examinations of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will be provided additional time to write their exams. Different categories of disability have been defined for this provision.
Students having a minimum of 40% disability will be given an additional 50 minutes to solve the question paper. Students with 75% or more disability will be allowed the assistance of a scribe.
For students with learning disabilities, those falling under mild cases will also be granted 50 minutes of extra time during the examination.
The Class 8 Board exams will begin from February 19, 2026, and end on March 4. The Class 5 examinations will start from February 20, 2026, and continue until March 5, 2026.
Regular exam timings will be from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm on all scheduled days.
