Established under the Union Ministry of HRD and operated by Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic College, the Community Development through Polytechnic Scheme is starting 5 skill development programs for which the applications are invited.

Chief coordinator of the scheme and Principal Dr. Anil Mehta informed that under the program, skills related to data entry operator (computer), house wiring & repair of household electric appliances, mobile repairing, AC & refrigeration repairing and beauty culture will be provided for free.

Consultant Sudheer Kumawat said that unemployed boys-girls of age 18-40 can apply for the courses which will run for 6 months; the last date of submission of form is 8^th May. The skill development training will commence from 11^th May.
