The Science Technology Project 2015 commenced on 17th January at Geetanjali Institute of Technical studies for students XI and XII. The event witnessed three rounds- certificate model, working project and poster design.

The Science Technology Project 2015 commenced on 17th January at Geetanjali Institute of Technical studies for students XI and XII. The event witnessed three rounds- certificate model, working project and poster design.

Principal Dr. A Raman said that the main aim for this event is to bring the talent on a national level. The prizes of this event are Rs. 51000, Rs. 31000 and Rs. 21000 as first, second and third respectively. Besides this, 7 consolation prizes will also be presented.

Organizer Dr. Laxmi Raman informed that the projects will be adjudged by Rajesh Nimare (GM of Secure Meters), B.N Randhawa (Chairman of Computer Society India), Amit Joshi (Secretary of Computer Society India) and Vinod Yadav (Asst Professor of CTAE). The result will be out on 2nd February and the cash would be distributed by Chetan Bhagat on 7th Feb.

GITS organizes Science Project Olympiad for School students

Event Head Rajeev Mathur said that on 17th January, selected 70 working projects, 29 scientific models and 20 poster designs were exhibited at a national level. In this event, around 32 school teams from Sirohi, Abu Road, Bhilwara, Neemach, Chittorgarh and Udaipur participated. Around 500 students from different schools came to see the exhibition.
