GITS Students Placed in Indian Army as a Lieutenant

During an off campus recruitment drive, a student of Electrical Engineering branch of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies, was selected in the Indian Army  for the post of Lieutenant  at a package of Rs 7 Lakh to Rs 9 Lakh per annum.

During an off campus recruitment drive, a student of Electrical Engineering branch of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies, was selected in the Indian Army  for the post of Lieutenant  at a package of Rs 7 Lakh to Rs 9 Lakh per annum.

Training and Placement Head at GITS, Arvind Singh Pemawat informed that the Electrical student Madhuri Vyas was selected on the basis of technical scheme of Short Service Commission for Women.

On technical basis, she ranked Ist on the National level and has not only made GITS proud but whole Udaipur proud. From September she will be joining Officers Trainee Academy in Chennai.

GITS Director Dr Vikas Misra and Finance Controller B.L. Jangir congratulated the student and wished her the best for a bright future. They mentioned that engineering students have many opportunities in the field of defence and every student can avail these opportunities.
