Udaipur’s Dr Harshita Secures 2nd Rank in AIIMS INI-SS Exam
Lady Hardinge Hospital doctor of Bhupalpura achieves national success while balancing long duty hours and focused preparation
Udaipur, Dec 20, 2025 - Udaipur’s Dr Harshita Kothari, who is from Bhupalpura, has secured second rank at the national level in the Institute of National Importance Super Specialty (INI-SS) examination. Earlier, in 2020, Harshita had topped the State in the MBBS examination.
Dr Harshita’s achievement is especially noteworthy as she accomplished this while fulfilling her professional responsibilities. After completing eight hours of duty each day at Lady Hardinge Hospital, Delhi, she devoted another five hours daily to her studies. She scored 73.3% marks in the examination.
According to Dr Harshita, she will now pursue a three-year DM (Doctorate of Medicine) course at AIIMS. Her specialisation will focus on complex diseases related to the heart and blood vessels.
