Udaipur, April 19, 2025 - Under the National Education Policy, emphasis is now being placed on strengthening the foundational learning of children in government schools. The focus is on developing basic literacy and numeracy skills. To enhance students' academic, personal and social competencies, the teaching methods have also been revised.

Now, instead of a traditional report card, students of Grades 1 and 2 will receive a Holistic Progress Card, which will reflect their academic performance and participation in other activities throughout the year. The card will use grading instead of numerical marks.
