Hotel Management Students showcase cooking at Food Fest
A Food Fest was organized by the students of Pacific College’s Hotel Management Department at college ground. Students installed several stalls and prepared a number of food varieties from local to South Indian and Chinese.
A Food Fest was organized by the students of Pacific College’s Hotel Management Department at college ground. Students installed several stalls and prepared a number of food varieties from local to South Indian and Chinese.
The event was inaugurated by Chef Akhil Ranjan, executive chef HRH Groups of Hotels. According to Parul Mathur, HoD, the food fest named “Paci Chowpati” was organized to showcase the ability of Hotel Management students.
Food Stalls were managed by students studying in 1st and 2nd year of Hotel Management course. Six stalls were installed which served a variety of food and snacks including Bakery products, spicy snacks, South Indian, Chinese and Juices.
